The group has played at various venues across the Navajo Nation, the Phoenix area, across to Mississippi area and lead Praise & Worship at their local church. The group plays electric, acoustic guitars, and viola with a blend of melody and harmonic vocals.

Steve Hughes, a missionary with World Gospel Mission, has made Peoria, Arizona, his home since 2024. With a heart for serving Native American Communities, Steve partners with local churches and Native Pastors - his ministry involvement extends to radio outreach, mentoring, preaching, and music ministry on the reservations. Originally from New Jersey and aa graduate of European Nazarene Bible College, Steve brings over forty years of international ministry experience. His journey has taken him through full time music ministry (with seven albums of original music to his credit), as well as Pastoral Leadership in Switzerland, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Washington D.C. area.
As the only non-Native member of the group, Steve feels truly honored to play keys with One Accord whenever he can.
